It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as
shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that
there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has
not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery
note and we are to be notified within 24 hours. Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.
If
the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures
packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for
shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery
outside the stated time scales.
Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
Returns
The goods must be in their original condition .
The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day the customer received their order.
All Goods must be returned in resale condition.
Please note that imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery.
Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored.
We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
Please note we cannot accept returns for earrings or body jewellery,unopened cosmetics and creams unless damaged.
